My Son is 8 months old. he is having 8-10 pimples on his back. Can any help/suggest, Why it is happening?

No What is the time we do not check it personally it will be very difficult to say why these pimples are appearing on the back of your child but as of now if you need to you can start applying calamine lotion on to that area where ever the pimples are happening and hopefully it should subside with that
