my 8 months baby is having a few pimples on his face Why will they get ?

it happens because of many reasons like mosquito bites, heat or sweating, excess usage of oil, fungal infection, Baby acne etc
you may apply baby soothing Calamine lotion there
keep your child in well vantileted room
if it is increasing please visit your pediatrician
