My son is 8 month old he suffered from fever 101.2 He s not eating anything Can u please suggest wat to offer

A. during fever loss of appetite is their, do it's advisable to breast feed more often, n give paracetamol drops to reduce fever, for further it's preferable to visit your doctor, for further evaluation and exact treatment or management.
