my son is 8 month old from two days he is getting hiccups three times a day .and I started giving soilds too I'm little worried please help me out

A. its important to give plenty of water

A. hiccups in big children usually occur due to acidity as well as gas in the stomach and intestinez of the child. it is important to give plenty of water to drink as well as easily digestible food made at home. it is self limiting problem and will decrease but if it is occurring again and again then it is advisable to complete az course of antacid.

A. Hiccups are normal and usually don't hurt your baby. In younger babies, hiccups are usually a sign that they need to be seated upright during or after feeding, that feeding needs to be slower for them, or that they need more time before or after feeding to relax.
