Q.
my son is 7yrs and his weight is 18 kg. He don't consume fast food but his is not gaining weight.I'm worried about it

That’s so good that your child does not consume fast food that’s a bliss but in vegetarian or non-vegetarian diet I would recommend you to give good amount of protein then try to include an every meal that you give plus you should start with health supplements and multivitamin for the time being that will also helping the growth of your child and also your child is having an issue of indigestion or constipation in that case please visit your doctor
