my son is 7 years old he was having severe cough and congestion for the last 3 days for which the doctor gave him nebulizer, maxtra 5 ml and grilinctus bm 5 ml thrice a day. his condition became a little better. after 3 days I went to the doctor. the doctor said still the congestion is there and prescribed medrol 4 mg twice a day for two days. I was reading somewhere that medrol 4mg is a steroid and used for certain cancers. please help me out because I am seriously worried about giving medrol 4mg to my son.
