My son is 7 months old. Last 17.04.2024 Influenza and Typhoid vaccine given. His weight then was 6.870 kg. But today his weight is 6 kg. Means in these 18 days his weight has decreased by 870 grams. Is this something scary? His birth weight was 2.575 kg. From birth till date he eats mother's breast milk and from 6 months of age he eats homemade food.

A. The weight is reducing like this it’s quite an obnoxious weight loss it’s better to check with your doctor to know and understand where the problem is because due to fever sometimes the feeding can go down but having too much of weight is definitely not healthy
