my son is 7 month old. Since yesterday his head , face and stomach feels hot. we took the temp. it is 98. what to do and why is happening?

A. 99 is fever and below that is a normal body temperature so right now your chuld doesn’t have fever so need not do anything about it as of now in terms of medicine so as of now if u want h can do cold sponge to resolve the temp
