SairamFather of a 3 yr 1 m old child2 years agoA. This seems more in favour of a diaper rash.Use plain coconut oil to apply in between the butt cheeks ,and rash cream for the skin outside on the butt.Try giving some more diaper free time to fasten healing,as keeping it open helps it to dry faster.Poop is more irritant than pee,so try to change diapers if you feel your little one has pooped and avoid rubbing roughly with wet wipes.
