Q.

is it a diaper rashes or a infection ??what to apply ???

A. I think it is a fungal infection but initially I’m going to advise you to apply Boroline anti septic cream and if it gets better with that then continue with that only otherwise I would recommend you to candid b ointment if you buy chance if you figure out fungal infection
