my son is 6 months old, last 20 days he suffer from cold and cough but now ok before 20 days he pass the toilet many times, but now 3 hours or 4 hours 1 time pass toilet, he is not crying and full active but toilet pass less, what is the problem

A. If your child is not taking sufficient amount of feeding which is why maybe the urine output has gone down but 3 to 4 hours is quite a large it could be dehydration in the body I would suggest you to kindly check with your paediatrician on this
