my son is 6 month old having 100.5 fever n cold wat to do i gave paracetamol wat elsei should give

Yes paracetamol can be given every six hours to the child and also do cold sponge if you feel that is going to help in reducing the temperature then that is also going to be a good option for you to do so hopefully this will help otherwise you can consult your paediatrician also
