my son is 6.5 years old, but none of his tooth has gone out. Is this something to be concerned.?

ExpertDr. Garima VermaDentist4 years agoA. the milk teeth can fall anytime between the age of 6 years to 7 years you can wait till seven years of age incase still no teeth shed then you can visit a dentist

Janani ViswanathanMom of 2 children4 years agoA. Do u mean teeth has not fallen yet? It can happen around 7 to 8 years. First the central incisors will fall. Again teething is also impacted by genetic factors. So it can vary with each child. Don't worry.
