Q.

my son is 6.5 years old, but none of his tooth has gone out. Is this something to be concerned.?

A. the milk teeth can fall anytime between the age of 6 years to 7 years you can wait till seven years of age incase still no teeth shed then you can visit a dentist

A. Do u mean teeth has not fallen yet? It can happen around 7 to 8 years. First the central incisors will fall. Again teething is also impacted by genetic factors. So it can vary with each child. Don't worry.
