My son is 5years old he is suffering from Stomach pain when he eat meals or fruits or any other, all the time he good pls advise any digestive syrup or any. Thank you

It’s not necessarily because of a digestion issues maybe there is some another problem so it would be better for you to get a check with your doctor on time as according to the need of the correct problem they will be able to give you appropriate guidance and medication if needed
