My son is 5years old and got hurt while playing with door stopper and skin got cut of his leg do i need to take tetanus injection

A. Yes it would be good for you to get the tetanus done for your child I’m not aware about when did you get the last tetanus or DPT done for your child so please check with your doctor and if they suggest can you please proceed with it
