My son is 5 months old. He sweats well even in good cold. The head is sweating more. What is the reason for this?

Hi The weather is really unpredictable right now it has got big become actually it has become so hot that it is very normal for a child to sweat all the time I need usual also their body temperature is much higher than ours it is considered completely normal
