Q.

My son is 5 months old but there is lot of mucus/ puss kind of thing coming out of one eye when he wakes up from sleep since birth. And at times water also comes out of that eye. Please suggest any cure.

A. common. it is due to blockage of tear duct. clean her eyes with a moist cotton a couple of times a day, do tear duct massage on regular basis. o k
