my son is 4yr old and weighs 23kg. is he overweight... but he doesn't look like tht he is moderately lean and not chubby and also he is quite active as I hv heard tht obese child is not tht active .. pls help..

A. it is not like that and if the child is active than that is the good thing and do not worry about the overweight or obese city at this age of the child and just continue regular homemade food
