my son is 4y7m . is ka eyes red hogaya hai awr kuch yellow colour ka kuc nikl raha hai.what is problem.

It could be an infection probably but currently I would recommend it to clean the eyes of your child with warm water with the help of a cotton and please get a check with the doctor one time as right medicine would be suggested by the doctor as per the diagnosis they make
