Q.

My son is 4months old, after breastfeeding he sleeps directly, so at that time I dont try to burp him because he gets awake, does it cause any health problem to him.

A. burp after feed is important as it will increase throwing out spitting because of reflux action .. always burp after feed.. don't immediately put the baby on bed after feed.. keep in burping position and gently rub the baby back for some time.. maintain gap between feed.. give small feeds..
