My son is 4 years old. His forehead and tummy are hot. But the temperature is showing as 98F. Should I give Paracetamol for him?

Dr. Vaibhav jainFather of a 6 yr old girl4 years agoA. that is nor al.then .Fever is temperature more than 99. Give paracetamol for fever and can be given times in a day . If temperature does not comes down then sponging can be done or if baby not looking well then need to see a doctor .
