My 4 month baby forehead is hot but after some time it’s temperature normal

During this seasonal change they get fever or light fever
Measure the temperature of her body uaing thermometer or temporal scanner.(don't use it in her mouth)
if it's 100f or more it's fever.
Keep her hydrated by giving her fluids.
don't.use RO water
use simply purified water having TDS higher than 350.
Paracetamol drops can be given if there is fever 100f or more.
the dosage will.he according to her weight and age
