My son is 4 year Nd 7 month old he is only 13 kg he is not gaining weight despite having ideal diet any tonic or multivitamin recommended

You can start a calcium supplement for sometime and give milk and milk products to the child and make sure the child plays well as it improves the metabolism and absorption of the foods and after calcium supplement and give Zincovit syrup to the child

For her natural growth , daily sunbath is necessary
Take sunbath daily with her head and ears covered in the morning
Give her seasonal fruits to provide her with the vitamin C
give her more probiotics to.improge her gut health .
