my son is 4 months 13 days old..how many times he should pee...in a day without diaper.....with only cotton pant

Minimum frequency of Urine should be 4-6 times in 24 hours dear. If it is in this range or more than that then not to worry.
Continue breastfeeding till 6 month exclusively and don't forget to burp after every feed. Try using Babyhug bed protector and Babyhug reusable muslin cloth diaper in daytime
