my son is 3yrs old, his weight is 12.5kg . weight is not increasing as expected. what to do?

Okay i understand your concern if the weight is not increasing that way then it would be advisable for you to take an assessment with your paediatrician to no one understand whether the problem is and what can be done to increase the weight on growth of the child as per the age
