give small frequent meals add ghee to every meal
good protein from egg , non veg, sprouts, chana sattu, pulses, beans
powdered nuts to food, dry fruits , paneer
include seasonal fruits and vegetables in daily diet
NikithaMom of 2 children1 Year agoA. hello some kids are slow weight gainer and if the child is active then it is not a problem and make sure to give your child healthy and nutritious well balance food in the diet and include fruits and vegetables and green leafy vegetables dry fruits and dairy products which can help in the growth of the child
