My son is 3 yrs and 6 months old. He is not eating any fruits and vegetables. He is only eating chapatis and jaggery, that too in small quantities. His immunity is getting low due to which he is getting cough and cold every month

It is normal for children to be fussy eaters But they will probably be less fussy as they get older Offer fussy eaters a few healthy options and let them choose what to eat Pleasant low stress and regular mealtimes can help with fussy eating
