my son is 3 years old..His skin is not shiny,its very dull always,even using aloe lotion after bath.whats the reason,how to cure?

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. dry skin might be his skin type. Implement a daily bathing and moisturizing routine to protect skin and lock in moisture.. use mild soaps that are fragrance free and with a neutral or low pH.
