my son is 3 years old and not speaking. He says a few words but does not repeat or answer us. please tell us what to do?

But how when is your child understand every thing that is something which is very important as per the age of the child and understanding well enough and speaking sense full words even if it is five or dinner then that’s good enough along with that if you want you can consult a speech therapist once regarding the entireWrite Your Answer Here
