my son is 3 years old and he is not eatg properly for past two days and vomiting if he eats anything plz help me with this

A. Hello mom you may avoid force feeding him and give only when asked and in very small quantities C medication if required consult the paediatrician, also you can give fluids that’s important for keep them well hydrated . ORS , coconut water , fresh fruit juices , water , butter milk , curds etc
