Q.

my son is 3 years 4 months old still not talking some commands follows some words says but not calling us by name as he knows who m i.he understand many things but not all.he point out what he want.i have gave him lots of screen time.now I realized he is not understanding social language.is it autism or adhd??I m so much confused between speech delay or autism/adhd.please suggest me what should I do?

A. I think there is a little bit of delay in the growth of your child because of too much screen time that you are admitting that you have given to the child it can actually delay the verbal as well as the mental growth of the child send this case I would recommend to have assessment with a child psychologist first because it is not seeming like autism but yes it is definitely some delay also you can start with homeopathic treatment for your baby
