my son is 3 year old now he is suffering from cold cough n flue which cough syrup is best for him???? plZ suggest

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children2 years agoA. kufril LS syrup to the baby. cdcxcold and cough in the baby is due to viral infection sometimes can be allergies please give steam inhalation to liquefy the secretions saline drops in the nose for congestion nose
