my son is 3 year 10 months old. his hairs falls too much. which shampoo or oil I should apply for stop hair fall?? please suggest

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy2 years agoA. very important to see that the diet of the child is proper which should consist of small amount dailyr from cereals pulses vegetable milk and fruits. you should go regularly for the scalp massage of the child with the help of any type of mineral oil. the child should not suffer from any nutritional deficiency e and your doctor will guide you regardingr this.
if you follow this properly then the hair growth of the child will be proper
