my son is 3 months old bt he difficult to pass da gas and he cried for it ...wht is da reason and wt i wl do

A. it is the gas coic. colic is a very common thing in babies . Some amount of gaseous distress and colic pain will be there even after all medicine or proper burping . Gastica drop can be given 3 times and meftal spas drop for pain when there is severe .
