not advisable to give cows milk and buffalo milk and take promolact capsules for improving breast milk and for further advice in this regard it is advisable to consult your doctor for physical examination and if there is need to do investigations also then only proper treatment can be given

Hi, Please avoid cow milk till your baby is 1 year. Baby can either feed mother milk or formula milk for now. To increase milk production I was advised to have garlic ,overnight soaked Fenugreek water , fennel seeds, unripe papaya curry... green leafy vegetables and mainly 4 litres of water
if above mentioned are not working for you please consult the doctor for a quick remedy
