my son is 3 month old.his hair falls from right and left sides .what is the behind this?

A. now he must have started rotating his head...due to friction between head and surface on which he is lying...hair fall

a little correction:
breast feed her up to her age of six months and after it she can be given probiotics and seasonal fruits Alon with the breast feed

it's normal
take sunbathing daily with her head and ears covered in the morning
use simply purified water having tds higher than 350
give her more probiotics and seasonal fruits
