#asktheexpert Sleeping on the left side is compulsory or we change sides between right and left?

A. For whom are you asking this question is it for you or for your child because some pregnant women also have this kind of a concern so I would just say I do not know precisely for what you are talking but changing side is always better whether it is about a child or a pregnant woman
