my son is 3 month old but ther is no growth.. height weight are below average. what to do.. what may be the reason for not growing.

A. Dear parent, what was the birth weight and height at birth and what are the current weight and height? Some babies gain weight slowly. However, if your baby is active, alert, passing urine more than 7 times in 24 hours, achieving all growth milestones, gaining weight at least 500 grams per month then do not worry. Follow the growth curve with your doctor.
