my son is 3.8yrs , has underarm 101.1f fever, has given 4ml dolo 250 just before 4 hrs.

A. Yes the temperature actually comes between 4 to 6 hours again that’s the nature of fever so repeat medicine every six hours and if the fever does not subside within 72 hours you can consult your doctor also I would recommend you to do cold sponge to reduce the temperature
