Q.

my son is 2yr2m ..he only says mama baba dada kaka Nana ...is this normal or a matter of concern..some relatives say he is having delay speech

A. See if your child is understanding and responding well to everything following your command it’s not a problem as some kids pick up between the age of 17 to months to 2 1/2 years also so it’s not a problem right now what I can recommend you is to communicate more and more with your child get some medication toys Board books flashcards and play with them and do not give any screen time to the child
