consult with your nearest Pediatric dentist for proper clinical examination and early treatment of the Decayed milk teeth.
maintain a habit of brushing your kid's teeth twice daily using fluoride containing kids toothpaste

If teeth are getting spoiled then u need to consult with the paediatric dentist for the same as he will guide you better in this after the proper evaluation. otherwise it can spoil the teeth further..
