Q.
My son is 22 months old but he doesn't respond to his name. He doesn't even look at the person calling his name instead he continues doing whatever he was doing. Is everything fine with him or do I need to visit the doctor.

POOJA KOTHARIMom of a 8 yr 5 m old boy3 years agoA. Not responding to name being called is also an early sign of autism. If you notice your child is not responding to their name (or very rarely) by their first birthday, it's extremely important that you bring this up to your child's pediatrician and call your local early intervention program
