My son is 22 days old. He takes both feed & top milk....how to increase my milk supply .

A. Dont over feed the baby, as a feeding mother you must take enough high calorific value food and high fibre fruits which will give a better output of breast milk. You may consult your family seniors also, by consuming sea foods also give good result.
