Q.

hi, i have breast milk supply issue...very low milk supply bcz of which i need to do top feed with 30-40ml...pls help me on how i can increase milk supply...its going to be one month of my delivery

A. You can take some support of lactation supplements they’re supposed to be quite nice to go ahead with that one thing that you can definitely try on the second thing that you can work over currently is going to be having good amount of diet good amount of fluids proteins all these things are going to be very much helpful in increasing your lactation
