Q.

My son is 20 months old. he eats crushed food. from last few days he is refusing crushed food and wants to eat solid foods. We give him solids in very small portion which doesn't full his stomach I feel. as the solid food quantity he eats is very very less as compared to the crushed food. please help me I am worried

A. as your baby is already remaining for solid food then you should not insist on giving liquid food late baby have solid food as much as he wants even if it is time consuming process you should be patient and sit with your baby while he is eating soil food as it is really very good and helpful for babies growth also you should give water along with the food for proper digestion
