Q.

my son is 20 months old and he has constipation.while pooping he has to try really hard and yesterday n today there was little blood in stool.plz guide.theres no fever or crying he's fine otherwise.

A. increase the fibre intake for your baby by giving more seasonal fruits vegetables and giving Chiku prunes dates which work as Natural laxatives and provide physical activity properly along with sufficient quantity Fluids like water uses vegetable soups buttermilk
