My 18months baby not pooping motion regularly and but after 3 days she is trying very hard pooping/constipation. could you suggest doctor!!!

A. how to avoid hard stool in the baby it is advisable to give adequate water for the baby to drink please give all seasonal fruits the baby is very good source of fibre
