Q.

My baby 1.5yrs s not pooping regularly, sometimes she leaves gap f 5 days and also trying hard to poop. what can i do now?

A. bananas are important for everyone. also water intake should be sufficient according to the age. chikoo if available helps in emptying bowels. leafy veggies like Malabar spinach is also good in this case

A. if you're giving formula feed constipation is common problem in this age of the baby you can give bonnisan drops 3 timhhes a day and cyclic motion of the legs helps in relieving gases try giving bm only
