Q.

My son is 2 yrs old. He understand everything. But not yet started to speak. He says some words. If he wants anything he points and saying hmm hmm hmm . What should i do??

A. interact more with the baby to improve vocabulary some babies will be having expressive aphasia Further it is advisable to consult your local doctor for appropriate examination of the baby physically and if there is need to do any investigations if required
