Q.
My son is 2 years and ten month old. He is late in speech if we compare with other kids of this age.He speaks only words. Unable to speak sentence. But he understands all things .

Dr. Vaibhav jainFather of a 5 yr 9 m old girl3 years agoA. it is a com thi g these days. Speech is a process takes time to become proper . Initially only say some words . You should talk more with baby and decrease any type of screen time specially mobile screen and T. V. Also help of any speech therapist can be taken for same .
